What drives me as a Personal Trainer – YOU! Yes, I know that sounds corny but it’s absolutely true. I love nothing less than to push and challenge you each time and then to see that glow of satisfaction and pride on your face when you’ve finally reached your goal or achieved something that you didn’t think you could do or couldn’t do a couple weeks ago. You are much stronger than you think, you are. We all are! I only started seriously thinking about my fitness after I had my kids (now 19 & 14 yrs)…it’s never too late to start. I’m a big fan of interval training, functional, whole body movements (think burpees) and trying to work as many muscle groups as possible at the same time and I just love, love, love Pilates based movements for core strengthening. After having kids and as we get a little older we need that resistance based training, we need that consistency. Being confident in your own body is accepting and loving your body and working with it to help it become the best version it can be. Having this confidence shows and everyone will see you GLOW !
