    What is mobile personal training and how does it work?

    Mobile personal training means we bring the workout to you.

    Instead of travelling to a gym, your trainer comes to your home, workplace, or a nearby outdoor space with everything needed for your session. Each workout is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and experience, so you’re not following a generic program or trying to figure things out on your own.

    This approach removes the usual barriers like travel time, crowded gyms, and uncertainty, making it much easier to stay consistent.

    Where can I train?

    You can train wherever suits you best.

    Most clients choose to train at home for convenience, but sessions can also be done in a backyard, local park, or even at your workplace. We adapt to your space and make it work, so you’re not limited by location.

    Do I need any equipment?

    No, we bring everything required for your session.

    You don’t need to invest in gym equipment or worry about what to use. We arrive fully prepared with a range of portable equipment that allows us to deliver effective, varied workouts every time.

    What if I’m completely new to fitness?

    Not a problem at all. Many of our clients are starting from scratch or getting back into fitness after a long break. We keep things simple, supportive, and at a pace that suits you, helping you build confidence as you go.

    What if I’m not very fit?

    No worries. You don’t need to be fit to start.

    We meet you where you’re at and gradually build your strength, fitness, and confidence over time. There’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else, just steady progress at a level that works for you.

    How long are the sessions?

    Sessions typically run for 45 to 60 minutes.

    This gives you enough time for a structured, effective workout without it taking over your day.

    How often should I train?

    It really depends on your goals and schedule.

    Most people start with two to three sessions per week, but let us know what you’re wanting to achieve and we’ll help you find a structure that fits your lifestyle so it’s something you can maintain long-term.

    Is this better than going to a gym?

    For many people, yes. Especially if you’re new to fitness and are intimidated by the thought of going to the gym or exercising in public by yourself.

    Another massive difference is convenience and consistency. Instead of needing to find time to travel, deal with crowds, and figure out what to do, everything is brought to you and guided step-by-step.

    When training is this easy to access, it’s much easier to stick with.

    What if I have an injury or limitations?

    We can tailor your training around injuries or physical limitations.

    Every session is adjusted to suit your current ability, with a focus on safe, controlled movements that help you improve without aggravating existing issues.

    Do you offer outdoor training?

    We can definitely run sessions outdoors if you prefer.

    Training in a park or open space can add variety and make sessions more enjoyable, which helps with long-term consistency.
