I’m Nia, and I’ve been in the fitness industry for nearly two years now, graduated in 2022 with AIF (Australia Institute Fitness)
My athletic journey began in 2016, when I earned a spot on the WA state women’s rugby team (Western Force) and later represented the Australian Women’s rugby team (Wallaroos) in 2016/2017, earning three caps.
Playing at an international level exposed me to rigorous training routines and challenges.
I faced a couple of major setbacks with leg injuries (Torn Achilles and a Broken Fiba) but refused to let them define me.
I am a mother to 2 beautiful children and my mission in the fitness industry is to empower individuals to feel confident, healthy, and happy within their bodies.
As a mother, I understand the importance of not just appearance but also mobility, strength, and overall wellness. I want to help people overcome barriers, push limits, and achieve sustainable health goals.
