Hi, I’m Matt, a Perth-based Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness and sport. Growing up, I was heavily involved in a variety of sports, including AFL, tennis, basketball, and soccer. Over time, soccer became my main passion, and I’ve now been playing for over 12 years with experience competing in NPL, State League, and Amateur Premier divisions.
When I was 19, I began my own fitness journey and quickly discovered how powerful training can be, not just physically, but mentally as well. Experiencing the positive impact that fitness had on my life inspired me to pursue a career in personal training so I could help others achieve the same benefits.
Today, I’m passionate about helping everyday people build strength, improve their fitness, and feel more confident in themselves. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a client reach their goals and build healthier, long-term habits along the way.
