Hi my name is Manel. I have been a fitness trainer for 9 years and also a certified Nutritionist. I have a passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals to become the best version of themselves. I am dedicated to my clients and love to see their progress over time. I am a mother of two and know how hard it can be to get back into fitness post partum and have experience in exercises for women pre an post partum to lose the baby weight and get back into shape. My other specialities include strength training, high intensity training, and group fitness training.
