My journey into the fitness industry started with my obsession for playing sports from a young age. I grew up in Germany and have always been very active and spend endless hours playing different sports. My favourite sports are soccer, running and rope skipping, but I’ve tried almost everything, including gymnastics, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, swimming, skiing, surfing, cycling, table tennis, golf, volleyball, basketball, baseball, dodgeball (basically anything with a ball haha). I moved to Australia few years ago and I recently decided to combine my passion and my work by completing a suite of fitness qualifications. Personally, my focus is on building strength and improve my anaerobic fitness! Currently I am also coaching u14s in Soccer at Subiaco AFC. I pride myself on being a happy, optimistic and energetic person. I’d really enjoy the opportunity to bring this joy to your home, brighten up your day and work up a good sweat. I believe we can work together towards improving physical and mental health and wellbeing.
