Hi, I’m Louise, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and group fitness coach since 2018, passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. There’s something powerful about training that goes beyond just reps and sets; it’s about energy, mindset, and creating an environment where people feel supported, capable, and motivated. My approach focuses on strength, mobility, and moving with purpose because real progress comes from moving well and staying consistent. I have found a new love with Pilates, so I am actively pursuing my Pilates certification to be completed in 2026. I come from a very sporty background with netball, touch rugby, tag rugby league, and swimming, just to name a few. So, if you’re looking for anything sports-specific, I can also help. I have worked with children up to older adults in functional training. I absolutely love what I do! Whether you’re just starting, returning after pregnancy, or ready to level up, I’m here to help you move with purpose and enjoy the journey.
