Hey, I’m Louis, I have decided to join the fitness industry; after pursuing weightlifting as a hobby from the assistance of other coaches and to attempt to gain lean muscle mass since 2019 and after having previous years of experience in martial arts as a young adult, I wanted to try and to improve the health of others after gaining a deeper understanding of resistance training and martial arts through my own experience.
I have a thorough understanding of how proper weightlifting form and resistance can be used to get efficient results to match the fitness goal you are after, and how preventative measures can be taken to reduce the risk of injury.
I have a large degree of experience training middle-aged adults and seniors at commercial gyms. I also have experience with helping members of the community reach a weight loss/ weight gain goal or even helping individuals trying to improve their overall fitness or mobility.
I can tailor the workouts to be tailored to your needs, which will create a greater sense of comfort participating, and the result of the workouts is to aim to feel greater physically and mentally, through putting the correct methods into practice. I also received my Rumble Fitness boxing certificate in 2025. I enjoy seeing the physical and mental improvements for the individuals that I have trained through consistent exercise, and I hope I can help you next!
