Hi, I’m Keren, a qualified Personal Trainer who believes fitness is about more than how you look; it’s about how you feel, how you move, and how you live. It’s also about building something valuable: dominion over your life, confidence, clarity, and consistency. Whether you’re returning from injury, starting from scratch, improving your physique, or working with physical limitations. I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you move forward with confidence. My training approach is clear and tailored. You won’t just get a workout, you’ll get structure, support, and weekly wins to build confidence and momentum. I’ve battled injuries like sciatica and a slipped disc that forced me to start again, slowly, patiently, from the ground up. I’ve recovered and returned to better health. I’ve been a beginner more than once, so I deeply understand how frustrating it can be when your body doesn’t move the way you want it to, or when life keeps getting in the way of your goals. That’s why I’ve made it my purpose to guide others through the same with a clear plan, practical progress markers, and encouragement that doesn’t fade. Fitness shouldn’t feel overwhelming; it should feel like you’re winning each week. I’ll help you move forward with purpose, because you are the purpose. My sessions are about more than just reps and sets. They’re about developing sustainable routines and making movement a natural part of your identity.
