Hey there! My name is Katie. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and bikini athlete.
My love for training and the gym started from the age of 19 where my sister introduced me to the gym lifestyle. It was from there that I continued to learn and grow and decided to compete in my first ever bodybuilding competition in 2022, where I placed 4th in the Bikini division. Having competed and working with a coach of my own I understand the challenges and hard work required to push you to achieve your goals and the importance of having a trainer/coach to guide you. After going through this fitness journey is where I found my passion and wanted to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
My aim is to help educate and train people to help find a balanced lifestyle and to help you achieve your health and fitness goals giving you the accountability, support and encouragement you’ll need along the way. I believe a positive mindset and a little encouragement goes a long way. To me fitness means more than your physique, it plays a vital role in improving mental and physical health, easing daily stresses as well as providing a
starting point for you to start setting your individual goals.
I love being able to show people the potential they have within themselves to achieve things they never thought they could and to help them along their journey whether it’s weight loss, improving cardio fitness, muscle gain or helping you understand the basics of nutrition.
