Hello! My name is Jordan Wates. I am merely just a man who deeply understands the importance of health & fitness, I truly believe that exercise is powerful in helping you transform your life and improve your mind, body & soul. That’s where I come in, It is my passion to guide and help others to become the best possible versions of themselves! I have been coaching for 5 years and personal training specifically for just over 2 years now. My greatest personal achievement is putting on 15kgs of lean muscle mass in just over 4 years, going from an unhealthy 60kgs to a healthy 78kgs. My greatest client achievement was helping a man lose 10+kgs in 3 months. I specialize in muscle building, posture correction, and pre-hab.
