Hello everybody! I’m Jack, a passionate health & fitness coach from the UK. I was not always active. I used to be scared of gyms. I understand the fears and obstacles to taking on a new challenge like health & fitness, and I’m here to be a positive guide to help you with your new habit. At 18, I wanted to feel better and push myself, and this led me to become interested in fitness, diet, and training to be a coach over the next 3 years. In the years since then, I have worked with a variety of people, helping them with personalised programs related to their goals. I am adaptable to your needs and can assist with functional fitness for everyday life, weight training for different goals, cardio health, Circuit training, and help with Nutrition and body recomposition. I understand the impact exercise can have on our well-being, not just physically but also mentally, and I want to help you in whichever way I can, whatever your goals are.
