My journey into the fitness industry started with an obsession with playing sports from a young age. Then, at the age of 15, I started going to a local gym and taking fitness and training more seriously. From being a skinny kid wanting to improve my physique and fitness level by going to the gym, to now 7 years later with fitness being my drive in life to becoming a better version of myself every day, physically and mentally. Once I turned 20, I decided to get my Cert III and IV in Fitness and become a personal trainer because I wanted to help people on their own fitness journey to be able to see the benefits that fitness can have on their life as it did for me. I’ve been helping clients in the Brisbane area change the way they look and feel since 2021. I have experience in strength training, conditioning training, hypertrophy training, weight loss, weight gain, CrossFit, HIIT, sport-specific training, injury management and prevention, flexibility, mobility and balance training, and general fitness. A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your fitness trainer, I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout.
