Hi, I’m Jessie! I’m a passionate and approachable trainer who specialises in women’s health, strength training, and building confidence both in and out of the gym. I bring a mix of knowledge and real-life experience, balancing training, family, and a busy lifestyle. I love helping women feel strong, capable, and comfortable in their own bodies. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or getting back into it, I focus on creating a supportive, no-judgement environment where you can build confidence at your own pace. My training style combines strength, functional movement, and simple, effective programming that fits into real life. I’m especially passionate about helping mums prioritise themselves again, improve their energy, and feel good in their bodies. I also love group training and creating sessions that are fun, motivating, and suited to all fitness levels.
