I have been a passionate fitness and nutrition coach for over 5 years and specialise in core, mobility, HIIT, group fitness, and strength and conditioning. I went through my own fitness journey, having lost 50kg and taking charge of my own health issues by becoming a nationally recognised Nutritionist, specialising in gut/hormone health and sports nutrition, as well as always challenging myself with competitive bodybuilding and Hyrox coaching. My motivation is to always keep learning, to provide the best possible service and training for each individual. Having worked with a wide range of client transformations, age demographics, fitness levels, mobility tricks, and fun, effective group fitness workouts, you’ll never have a dull moment with my great sense of humour and genuine care and concern for not only your goals, but your overall health and wellbeing.
