I hold a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Certificate III in Fitness, and I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.
My approach to training is holistic and supportive, combining strength and conditioning with mobility, Pilates-inspired movement, and yoga-style training to create balance, flexibility, and resilience. I specialize in women’s health and cycle-synced fitness, glute and core development, and injury-safe progressions, with a strong focus on moving in ways that support your body’s natural rhythm.
