Hi, I’m Yubi, a Sports Science graduate currently completing my Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. I am passionate about helping individuals move better, build strength, and achieve sustainable health and performance outcomes through structured, evidence-based training. My coaching philosophy centres around client-focused, goal-driven, and realistic programming. Every program I design is tailored to the individual’s needs, experience level, and lifestyle to ensure progress is both effective and sustainable. With a strong academic background in exercise science and clinical exercise physiology, I focus on improving strength, mobility, and physical performance while prioritising safe movement and injury prevention. Through my work with athletes, students, and everyday clients, I aim to bridge the gap between performance training and long-term health. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve fitness, enhance sports performance, or develop better movement patterns, my approach focuses on creating structured training plans that support both performance and lifelong wellbeing.
