      How do 1-on-1 sessions work?

      Your trainer comes to you with everything needed for the session. We run a structured workout tailored to your goals, fitness level, and experience, guiding you through each exercise and adjusting as needed.

      Where can I train?

      Anywhere that suits you. Most clients train at home, but sessions can also be done in a backyard, local park, or even at your workplace. We’ll work with whatever space you have available.

      Do I need any equipment?

      No. We bring everything required for your session, so you don’t need to invest in equipment or worry about what to use.

      What if I’m completely new to fitness?

      That’s perfectly fine. Many clients are starting from scratch. We keep things simple, supportive, and at a pace that suits you, helping you build confidence as you go.

      What if I’m not very fit?

      You don’t need to be fit to start. That’s the whole point. We meet you where you’re at and build up gradually, without pushing you beyond what’s realistic.

      How long are the sessions?

      Sessions typically run for 45 to 60 minutes, giving you enough time for an effective workout without it taking over your day.

      How often should I train?

      Most people start with 2–3 sessions per week, but it depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. We’ll recommend a structure that works for you.

      Is training at home awkward?

      Not at all. Most clients find it far more comfortable than a gym environment. There’s no pressure, no crowds, and no feeling like you’re being watched. It quickly becomes a normal part of your routine.

      What if I have an injury or limitations?

      We can tailor your training around injuries, mobility restrictions, or past issues. Everything is adjusted to keep you safe while still making progress.

      What areas do you service?

      We currently offer 1-on-1 personal training across the Perth and Brisbane metropolitan areas. If you’re unsure if we cover your area, just reach out and we’ll let you know.

      Can I try a session before committing?

      Of course you can. We’ll organise an initial session so you can see how it works and make sure it’s the right fit for you.
