Hi, my name is Matteo. As a personal trainer, I became one after suffering an ACL injury at the age of 16, where I didn’t receive the best support or rehab from specialists, and I refuse to let anyone else endure the same frustrating, drawn-out recovery I did. That experience ignited my drive to deliver top-tier, personalised strength and conditioning guidance that prioritises proper rehab, injury prevention, and long-term resilience. Now, I help clients rebuild stronger and smarter, bridging the gap from setback to peak performance so they avoid the pitfalls I faced.
