Hi, it’s Kathy here 🙂 Welcome to my world of a variety of fitness! I love to mix it up especially if you have a main focus or goal. I began at an early age with dancing and then turned professional working overseas for many years. At an early age, my Dad got me into boxing which helped immensely with my dancing and running which I do all 3 still. I have been an instructor/trainer since my teens so can adapt quickly to your needs and injuries. I can help you train for your first triathlon/walk/run!  Reformer/or Pilates also which is a great addition to any goal on your fitness journey is one of my new fav additions! Dancing is a love so any style plus flexibility and mobility is also a strength of mine. I am very creative at designing weight programs, resistance, water-based workouts, circuits, Boot camp, boxing, bands, hit, floor-based weights or chair workouts, and much more  🙂 I am very approachable yet very focused so I will listen and then we get to work! See you soon!
