My name is Jesse Dale, I have a love for fitness and have been inside a gym or around Physical activity all my life.
I began my own personal journey in the gym with a Ruptured ACL injury, it was through recovery that I realised that I was underweight and I needed a change. With this I set myself a goal to increase my muscle mass. In doing so I was able to increase my overall body weight from 58kg to 90kg in 18 months. This has been my biggest achievement with my training. Through this journey I encouraged my brother to come along with me. When training with my brother I realised that I really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and assisting him towards his own goals. I take this approach with my clients because I understand how important a good support network can be to help achieve your goals.
With this I will encourage and push you to make the changes that you want to make and I hope with this relationship we can make exercising and being active something really fun and enjoyable.
