Hi, I’m Jarrod, a Brisbane-based personal trainer with a longtime passion for training and performance. My fitness journey started through mixed martial arts, which quickly developed into a deeper interest in strength, conditioning, and overall athletic performance. Over time, I’ve built a strong foundation in resistance training, functional fitness, and conditioning, allowing me to help clients improve not just how they look, but how they move and feel. I work with people of all experience levels, from complete beginners to athletes looking to improve their performance. So whether your goal is to build strength, lose fat, improve fitness, or develop confidence in the gym, I focus on creating structured, personalised programs that are both effective and sustainable.
