Having worked as a teacher and mental health support worker for 8+ years, I understand the importance of prioritising your wellbeing. I feel that regular exercise is an important part of managing your overall wellbeing (both mental and physical). It can help boost your productivity and put you in the right headspace to take care of your loved ones. With my experience and knowledge in both fitness and mental health, I hope to educate, motivate and support my clients to be the best version of themselves.
