I have a background in Sport and Exercise Science and am passionate about helping people move well, feel confident, and enjoy the lifelong benefits of exercise. My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I design programs tailored to each individual, drawing on exercise science principles to improve strength, endurance, movement quality, and overall fitness. Whether you’re just starting, returning to exercise after time away, navigating pregnancy or postnatal recovery, or managing the changes that come with ageing, my goal is to help you train safely, effectively, and in a way that suits your body and lifestyle. I enjoy working with people of all ages and experience levels, focusing on beginners, building confidence through movement, and maintaining strength, mobility, and wellbeing as we age. I am also mindful of the changes that occur in the female body, including pelvic floor considerations, and aim to support clients to feel strong, capable, and confident through every stage of life. For me, it’s not just about exercise—it’s about helping people feel capable, coordinated, and comfortable in their own bodies. As a mum of four, I bring patience, resilience, and a light-hearted approach to challenges. I understand the realities of busy lives and aim to create a supportive, motivating environment where clients feel encouraged, not overwhelmed. In my own time, I enjoy running, cycling with my family, lifting weights, and practicing Pilates. I’m currently completing mat and reformer Pilates training, further expanding my ability to support strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
