Hello, I’m Georgia. I’m a personal trainer from England with a Master in Sport Psychology, and I’m passionate about helping people see how fitness can transform not only the body but also the mind. For me, fitness isn’t just about exercise. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and a lifestyle that feels sustainable. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients – from individuals with autism, to those managing osteoporosis, to people overcoming anxiety, as well as women building muscle and men preparing for Hyrox competitions.
