Hello! My name is Conor. I’m a Kiwi who’s been in the fitness industry for 7 years. My fitness journey started when I was 14, and what a ride it’s been! I’ve spent most of my adult life working FIFO as a scaffolder, but fitness has always been my number one priority- so I have plenty of adaptive ways to incorporate fitness goals around a hectic schedule and limited time. My main reason for working in fitness is seeing the spill-over effect the reward system of working out brings people- confidence, better habits, and often improvement to other areas of their lives. I’m a treasure trove of hypertrophy, anatomy, and exercise facts. So, if it’s your cup of tea, I can educate you about anything related to fitness or improving your body. With that being said, you’ll be in good hands. A sound understanding of anatomy and people’s physical limitations means there’s an approach for everyone to get a beneficial experience from their coach, get measurable progress, and have a good yarn at the same time.
