Hi! I’m here to facilitate and guide us to aspire to our potential by unlocking possibilities.
My background, from a young age, sits with many different practices and exploration. Each one of the fields below was a leading step in developing myself, bringing confidence and security whilst overcoming fears and keeping it fun and curious.
Some of the main fields are; Capoeira, Parkour, Swimming, Kong-fu, Kickboxing, Gymnastic rings, Strength and Krav Maga instructor.
I’m not just a Personal Trainer but also a NDIS support worker.
The main aspects that I’m working on for myself are: strength, loosening the spine and hips and bringing awareness through movement, which I would love to share you.
