I am a former IT manager looking to follow my passion for exercise and fitness into the next phase of my life. I played rugby and cricket into my late twenties and have maintained a commitment to keeping fit ever since. My goal is to help people lead better lives through exercise and I am driven to see my clients achieve their goals. Exercise played a big role in my recovery from some health challenges so I am even more convinced now of the benefits of continuing to improve your energy, strength, and mobility. My focus is you. Through encouragement and education and developing an individualized and sustainable program, I will help you to achieve fitness success, good health, and the ability to thrive in daily life.
