I was born in Argentina and lived there for most of my life. I completed a Bachelor in Business Administration but after some years working in different companies, I realised my real passion was the fitness industry and I made the change!

I’m a mother and an experienced trainer with more than 8 years in the fitness industry. I have a strong background in weight loss, injury prevention, endurance training, weight training, pre and post natal training and yoga. I’m also a certified Body Pump and Body Balance Les Mills instructor.

I’m also a WFF PRO bodybuilder, winner of multiple shows.

I’m truly passionate about helping people become fitter and healthier – I love being a trainer and the most rewarding part of my job is seeing my clients achieve their goals.

I was born in Italy and moved to Perth 6 year ago. Fitness has always been such a passion of mine that I decided to turn it into a career. I started as fitness instructor back in Italy and since then I’ve never stopped training people.

My sessions are focused on HIIT circuits, cardio, resistance training and I also have experience as an aerobics dance instructor and running boxing circuits.

I am a passionate trainer and I really believe in what I do. Helping people to change and improve their life is my biggest motivation to keep doing what I'm doing and pushes me to always improve my skills!!

Originally from Perth, Western Australia I've just moved back after spending 11 years in tropical North Queensland where I discovered my passion for health and fitness after my own weight loss journey. I was gifted with a government grant to pursue my career in the Fitness Industry completing my Certificate III & IV in 2010.

Throughout my 7 years within the industry I have also completed my Les Mills Training in RPM, Body Balance, Body Pump and Grit. I've also studied Nutrition through Precision Nutrition where I have a better knowledge for how food, fitness and the body work together as one when balanced. I've been a successful Body Building coach for the last 4 years having competed myself 4 times. Weight loss, strength training and group fitness are specialities of mine.

When you find what you are truly passionate about you no longer wake to go to work but to something you love and believe in. I'm so grateful that I've been able to be present with the knowledge and guidance to see my clientele reach and surpass their goals.

I’m a French personal trainer with many years of experience in different disciplines. I have a real passion for sports and training and I want to help others to succeed and achieve their goals. I can utilise a variety of training techniques drawn from my studies as well as my personal experience.

I got my black belt in Judo/Jujitsu when I was fifteen years old and I was selected in a group of athletes trained by Cathy Fleury (Olympic champion in 1992 in Barcelona). Three years in the French army alpine troups have developed my intense cardio and endurance training skills. I first moved to Australia in 2012 and obtained my certificate III and IV in personal training from TAFE WA in 2015. I’ve recently relocated back to Perth after spending 2 years in France.

I’m ready to offer a quality service and I believe that with consistency and rigorous training we can achieve excellent results.

I enjoy specialising in high intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training, boxing for fitness, weight loss programs and group fitness sessions. I found my passion for fitness in England as soon as I would old enough to join a gym and realised the positive impact that fitness contributes to everyday life and wanted to help others in finding their passions towards living healthy lifestyles.

My history has led me into competing in amateur bodybuilding competitions, coaching Netball teams and providing health programs to ‘at-risk’ youth. Through this I have developed a comprehensive understanding of a variety of training methods for instance, to push through barriers in weight loss, strength training and finding wellbeing through fitness. I realise the importance of finding balance in your own lifestyle to assist achieving personal, realistic goals which are attained through enjoyment and diversity. I intend to combine the skills, knowledge and expertise gained from my background in psychology, fitness and martial arts to effectively assist individuals achieve their fitness goals.

My broad range of expertise include disability, children, youth, older adults, weight loss, tone and shape, muscle gain, strength and functional fitness, corrective exercise, balance, and fall prevention. I am also an avid karate practitioner, having participated in many local, national and international championships representing both Malaysia and Australia.

I’m originally from Venezuela and moved to Perth 5 years ago. I have always been very athletic practicing swimming, volleyball and other sports. I’m an engineer that decided to follow a dream and leave corporates jobs behind to pursue a fitness career along with my Personal Training Certification.

I am looking to share my knowledge with those who are seeking advice and wanting to change their lives for the better.

I realized that as I invested my time, and made improving myself a priority by exercising and getting better nutrition advise, my goals seemed more reachable, my obstacles seemed smaller, and my mind and self esteem bigger and stronger.
