Throughout my 7 years within the industry I have also completed my Les Mills Training in RPM, Body Balance, Body Pump and Grit. I've also studied Nutrition through Precision Nutrition where I have a better knowledge for how food, fitness and the body work together as one when balanced. I've been a successful Body Building coach for the last 4 years having competed myself 4 times. Weight loss, strength training and group fitness are specialities of mine.
