I am a passionate personal trainer who strives on helping others of all ages and fitness levels reach their health and fitness goals.
My sessions are fun yet challenging with heaps of variety. I design my sessions to each individual’s specific goals.
I incorporate cardio, strength, agility and balance using weights and circuit style training.
Also trained in boxing I love to incorporate a session or two into our training if that’s something you’d like. Such a great workout for weight loss, body strength, hand eye coordination and best of all, stress relief!!
