I’m from France and I live and travel in Asia for 3 years before moving to Australia in 2017. I am multi cultural person with a bubbling personality and a zen attitude!
Passionate by fitness and well being, I decided to become a Personal Trainer to complete my skills as a massage therapist and continue to help people who wants to keep themselves fit and achieve specific goals such as weight loss, injury recovery, posture improvement, strength gaining.
I studied in the Fit College in Cannington and I quickly got involved in different kind of training which allowed me to adapt the session to specific goal, age and level of fitness. My goal is to make you smile and enjoy exercises in a safe environment while you can also feel well guided and supported.
My cup of tea? Flexibility exercises as stretching and Pilates, balance training and body weight strength, everything which can improve your posture and mobility and keep you healthy for long.
