I started my fitness journey after struggling immensely with body image issues all throughout my school life. When I found exercise and fitness, I discovered that health was more than just a weight on a scale or how you look at yourself in the mirror and was all about how you felt on the inside. I believe a healthy individual has balance of all joys within their life including some treats every now and then.
I specialise working with people who have or are currently struggling with their weight management and who want to have a healthier outlook on their relationship with food and their body.
My workouts mainly consist of fast paced movement that utilises many muscle groups in order to effectively reduce fat and gain muscle consistently throughout the body.
