I found my passion for fitness back in England, as soon as I was old enough to join a gym I realised the positive impact that fitness has on everyday life and wanted to help others in finding their passions towards living healthy lifestyles.
My life has led me into competing in amateur bodybuilding, coaching netball teams and providing health programs to ‘at-risk’ youth. Through this I have developed a comprehensive understanding of a variety of training methods. I also focus on the importance of finding balance in your own lifestyle to achieving realistic goals which are attained through enjoyment and diversity. I am a firm believer of tailoring programs which are specific to the needs, goals and availabilities of each client.
I enjoy specialising in high intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training, boxing for fitness, weight loss programs and group fitness sessions.
