Hi, I’m Ouma! I studied at the Australian College of Sport and Fitness of Melbourne on the Melbourne University campus.

I’ve always been passionate about sports, therefore I took on a high school certificate in a dancing school back in France, then I decided to move to Australia in order to turn my passion into my day-to-day job. I also took my ashtanga yoga teacher certificate in Mysore, India (the city where ashtanga is from). I’ll always strive to incorporate some yoga in my sessions.

Training can be daunting and demanding, but I’m here to make it an enjoyable and a fun moment. What I like the most about being a personal trainer is supporting my clients to achieve their goals whilst monitoring their improvements on a weekly basis.

The most important thing for me as a trainer is to make my clients feel comfortable, I will always be supportive to bring up their confidence level.I’ve learnt that feeling good in your own skin it’s the most important thing for a healthy mind!

No matter what your fitness level, age, size, weight…. I’m here to make you love yourself and feel confident. My main objective is to make my clients feel happy about their body condition and teach new enjoyable ways of training!
