My journey into the health and fitness field arose from my own personal challenges that came with motherhood and the change of life dynamics that followed that. Working out helped me overcome the mental as well as the physical aspect of dealing with my own body issues and along with that the change in mindset to coincide with. From there I then decided to pursue a career in this field.
I have run a half a marathon and walked 50km for charity.
My passion is in strength training and I love showing clients how they can transform their bodies to match their desired goals when they commit and believe in themselves.
I truly believe everybody deserves to love the body they are in and given the right training suited to the individual and their desired goal, these goals are easily obtained and maintainable long term. My workouts are resistance training based, along with HIIT circuits and Group Fitness.
