I started my journey into the fitness industry, with dance. I completed a bachelor degree, which is still a passion of mine. I branched out into teaching Pilates, Reformer, Zumba and Barre, whilst incorporating elements of dance where I can. 

I believe people need to thoroughly enjoy their chosen fitness activities, to achieve and maintain their fitness goals. I try to make my classes fun, whilst encouraging people to go to new levels. 

I’ve taught a broad demographic of students, from school children through to older ladies and gentleman. I love connecting and meeting new people and seeing them become fitter, stronger and healthier.
