Hi! My name is Kris and I am here to take your training to the next level. With nearly a decade of experience in the Australian military with several overseas deployments, I understand the need for training to be purposeful and goal oriented in order to maximise your results. I have trained people from all backgrounds and at all fitness levels from beginners to those competing in high level competitions and people in the elite arms of our military.
I live and breathe fitness, so it is my mission to be able to do it as long as possible which means training people in a way that is safe and effective so that you can achieve your goals but also stay strong for life. Mindset and physical training go hand in hand and I will teach you some tricks that will keep you on track and focused on your own personal fitness mission.
