I come from an active family with both of my parents and older siblings either playing or coaching sport throughout my youth. I remember waking early in the morning as a child to join my father at the gym, then following him into Martial arts which he studied at a high-level. I played State level Indoor Cricket and Amateur Football into my thirties before injury struck me down. I found Martial Arts and fitness to be the key to strengthen, control and overcome injuries. I continue to practice what I love into my forties and have no interest in slowing down. For me, Health and Fitness is a way of life and as I continue my journey, I realize more and more how exercise is extremely important, for not only physical, but even more so, Mental Health as well.

My goal is to encourage, train and mentor those who struggle with motivation or self-belief, to show them what a difference looking after your physical wellbeing can do for your life as a whole.

My philosophy is: CONSISTENCY = PROGRESS = HAPPINESS.
