What is the secret of being healthy? It is harmony between heart and mind. There is no other substitute for it.

I’m Giulia and for eight years I have gained experience outlining and carrying out training programs adapted to the needs and attitudes of my clients. In addition to specific technical and scientific skills, I have developed the ability to motivate people to achieve their goals and maximum performance. As a matter of fact, I have an appreciable communicative style and I can interface with clients gaining their trust, which is very important.

I have developed my expertise working in various sectors; from the motor starter courses with children and teenagers to specialised courses in the aquatic and artistic gymnastics sector and finally in the fitness sector with both individual and group functional training.

I devote particular attention to the clients’ health and well-being as well as to the achieving of their goals. I am very energetic and cheerful with a great desire to grow and improve.

I have experience in endurance training, power and speed training, weight loss, weight training, injury prevention and recovery. I love exploring all different types of fitness exercises and I especially like combining yoga and also HIIT training.
