Hi my name is Farah; I have always had the passion for fitness and last year I decided to become a personal trainer.

A dedicated personal trainer and life coach always, searching and investing in further education to build my knowledge. I specialise in unleashing from doubt and confusion to find their inner strength and recognise and cherish their awesomeness and embrace a happy and healthy lifestyle.

I can help you with mindset and focus, sustainable fat loss, advanced strength training, fitness boxing, diet planning, lasting lifestyle changes.
