I have been involved in fitness and wellness for over 8 years. My passion for fitness is to educate and support you on your health and fitness journey to enable you to become a better version of yourself.
I started my fitness journey as a Group Fitness Instructor teaching one of my favourite Les Mills program – Bodystep. I got so much satisfaction from teaching that I wanted to develop my skills further and that’s when I got into Personal Training so that I could help people with their fitness goals.
My focus is on getting you to move correctly, train safely, and making exercise part of your daily routine that becomes second nature to you. Because fitness is fun and when you enjoy what you do, it makes the journey easier.
