Hi, I’m Chloe!
I’m from Perth and I’ve lived in WA my whole life. I have completed my Bachelor of Science double major in Sport and Health Science and Movement science, as well as my Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and am now completing a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
I have been working in the health and fitness industry for 6 years now, and have had a wide variety of experience with all kinds of exercise for the treatment and management of specific chronic conditions, injuries and disabilities.
After a few years of working in Allied Health in the Clinical sector of Exercise Physiology, I’ve discovered just how beneficial strength and conditioning can be to not only help improve people’s fitness levels but also improve their overall health and manage injuries, with specific exercises tailored to them and their particular health goals.
I’m very passionate about health and fitness and love to see how much its benefits others and improves their quality of life. I love to keep fit myself with strength training in the gym, swimming as well as the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which I am a blue belt in.
My sessions will be specific to you as an individual and your particular health and fitness needs but they can include a mixture of: flexibility and mobility, HIIT and circuit training, cardiovascular endurance and weight training.
