Hi, I’m Cass – a kiwi living it up in beautiful WA.

Plain and simple, I got into fitness because I have experienced first-hand the many positive and life changing benefits that come from moving your body regularly and I have a passion so deep to help you feel those benefits too.

I completed a certificate in Wellness Coaching, followed by my Cert IV in Fitness and I am ready and equipped with knowledge and life experience to help you set your goals, overcome your obstacles and be the best version of who you are.

I believe that mental and physical health are inseparable. You cannot work to strengthen one without having a positive effect on the other.

I enjoy trying all sorts of fitness, but more specifically I love strength training. Starting in a gym wasn’t easy – but with determination and resilience it is now a habit that I look forward to. With an open heart and an open mind, I look forward to supporting you on your journey in creating your own health and wellness habits, smashing your fitness goals and becoming stronger than your excuses.
