My passion for fitness started after my first child was born, when I was struggling to get back in shape. I started exploring and working out a lot by myself and I quickly realised the profound benefits it had to my health and well-being and also for my family.
Training kept me happy, energetic, very focused and clear minded.
With this growing passion and the positive impact it had on my family, I decided that I want to learn fitness from professionals and I graduated from the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.
My goal is to improve other’s lives supporting their physical and mental health. I’m confident that when you adopt a consistent exercise routine, you will feel and see the benefits straight away.
I’m a genuine, well rounded Personal Trainer and I love exploring all different types of fitness exercises. I especially like combining pilates & yoga and also HIIT training with weight lifting.
As a coach, I want my clients to know they’re well supported, will be kept accountable and together with my passion and their motivation to be their best, we can achieve their health and fitness goals.
