From a young age I have always struggled with weight management and body image issues and not particularly liking exercising. After joining a gym and starting a training regime that I enjoyed, my outlook changed and I became passionate about using exercise as a tool for assisting with mental health and improving my overall performance and body composition.
My passion for exercise lead me on to study a bachelor’s degree in Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Science to gain knowledge so I could help people feel empowered through exercise and achieve their goals. I am currently continuing my studies in my Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology so I can give my clients the best care and expand on my knowledge of all things exercise related.
