My passion for health and fitness motivated me to become a Personal Trainer.

I like to focus on a total transformation of my clients, both mentally and physically by creating a fun but chanllenging training.  I ensure that all workout  is performed in an effective, time efficient and safe manner.

My trainings consist on strength and conditioning, endurance, circuit and interval training and always tailored to meet the needs of my client.
