I graduated from The Australian Institute of Personal Trainers with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and from Clean Health Fitness Institute with a Performance Nutrition Coach Certification. I believe exercise and nutrition are essential components of long-term health and wellbeing.
Fitness has always been a passion of mine. In 2017, I competed with IFBB Australia in the Bikini division amongst an incredible line-up of athletes from whom I learned the importance of discipline, commitment and dedication.
My training sessions focus on building cardiovascular resistance whilst strengthening each and every muscle of your body. I strongly believe that no two bodies are the same, and therefore provide personalized sessions customized specifically to your needs and fitness level.
