I’m originally from Russia and after living 10 years in Spain, I moved to Australia in 2019.
I started my fitness career in after completing my training in the Spanish Sport Federation. After moving to Perth, I completed Cert III and IV in Fitness with Fit College.
I’m a passionate trainer. I’ve been instructing Yoga for over ten years and Pilates the last four years. It has been a long journey to acquire this experience, and I am always looking at further self-development and career progression,
I specialise with people struggling with their weight management, and work well with people of all ages. I always try to make my classes interesting and enjoyable and I get satisfaction from teaching you to achieve your desired goals. My Pilates and Yoga experience has helped me to develop low impact programs and this has been very helpful for those people who have not done much sport, and for those in their middle age. It is never too late to start and change your lifestyle!
