I started my personal fitness journey when I was 16. I have been going to the gym regularly for about 6 years. At the beginning of 2022 I completed my certificate III and certificate IV in fitness, which has led me to start my Personal Training journey. I enjoy strength and hypertrophy training not only for the physical benefits but also for the mental benefits. I encourage a healthy work/ life/ gym ratio, striving to teach clients about the short and long term benefits that fitness can have on your daily life. My main goal for my clients is to help them achieve their fitness goals and help them be the best versions of themselves.
