I am a super energetic qualified fitness trainer with solid background in Martial Arts and Dance. I have been dancing since a very young age and I am one of the Perth’s top dance performing artists specialising in Brazilian Samba and Mauritian Sega. I have been practicing martial arts for over a decade and teaching boxing, kickboxing and boxing for fitness for the past 8 years. I am also a highly-experienced group fitness instructor; helping clients from all ages and fitness abilities to achieve their fitness goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength or endurance, muscle hypertrophy, increase flexibility and mobility, or improve body balance, I will create a tailored programme just for you and help you to achieve your goal. All my classes are super fun, positive and easy to follow. I am very approachable and I will go an extra mile to make sure you are getting the most out of the training – every single time.
